Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Goa - Arpora - Baga, Arpora

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was great, with easy access to popular beaches, but the rooms were poorly appointed and in need of better cleaning. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist. The dining options were varied and good, but the price per night seemed a bit high for the overall experience.

The hotel offers a lagoon view from the rooms, which may seem old and were not properly maintained, with visible marks and stains. The bedsheets were dirty and stained with human hair. The location is superb near Baga Beach but lacks nearby shops or restaurants. The service was lacking, with staff mostly missing in action except for occasional visits. The dining experience varied from amazing to below average, depending on the service received.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were fantastic and always kept clean, with nice fluffy towels and plenty of toiletries provided. However, the balcony had quite a lot of pigeon poo, which was a bit off-putting. The service was excellent, especially from Salman and Mondol, who were courteous and always helpful. The location was excellent, very near the beach and convenient for exploring different activities. The dining experience was good, with a reasonable selection, although not as elaborate as I had experienced at other Hilton properties.
